Sick of looking for
ages for 1932 Ford pedals, paying big dollars for rusted out junk I took
the plunge and invested in having the 1932 Ford pedal box and pedals
reproduced. I had a mint set digitalized by a firm in Germany who make
products for the US Military so I was certain of the quality of
workmanship. The pedals are laser cut out of 3/8" steel plate and are
then bent on a computorized 10 ton bending machine. They will not snap
like cast iron reproductions.
The brake pedal has been converted to hydraulic operation, and included
with the pedals is a bracket to install a 1940 master cylinder or an early
Mustang dual circuit master cylinder on the
K-member. The clutch pedal has two levers, a push lever and a pull lever
so you have loads of options when it comes to your transmission. The
original style pull lever has been CNC machined out of a solid lump of
steel to re-create the fork just like on the originals. The hole for the
pedal pads will need drilling out or filing a bit or tapping. The 1932
pedals and the cheaper post war pedal pads have a different thread, so you
are still free to run whichever pedal pads you want.
These pedals are
functional copies of the Ford originals and only fit 1932 Fords still having
an original K-member. Will also fit A-V8s using the '32 K-member.
